We always strive to process your order promptly and efficiently.

 

ORDER PROCESSING: 
Please allow 1-4 days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP -  7 PINECONE COURT ELANORA QLD 4221 
Orders can be picked up daily, from 7am.

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Notifications

• Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, you will receive a shipping notification. This notification will include a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order in real-time

LOCAL DELIVERY (3km Zone)

• We offer FREE local delivery for orders over $40 within a 3km radius of our Gold Coast studio. (Calculated at checkout). 

• Local deliveries are usually completed within 1–3 business days.

• We’ll always confirm via email or SMS when your delivery is on its way.

SHIPPING RATES
Orders are generally shipped within 1-4 days using Australia Post.

A flat rate shipping fee of $12 applies to orders shipped within Australia.

Free standard shipping on orders over $100. 

We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
